Dr. Bojrab graduated from Wabash College and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine where he received his M.D. He completed a four-year residency in psychiatry at the Indiana University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He received his board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1998. Dr. Bojrab joined Indiana Health Group, a multidisciplinary mental health practice in 1997. In addition to his outpatient practice and administrative responsibilities as President of Indiana Health Group, he has served as the medical director for the Dr. Robert and Lillian Custer Center, an internationally known center specializing in the treatment of gambling addictions. He currently serves as the attending psychiatrist for the Indiana Soldiers & Sailors Children’s Home and also consults for nursing homes and programs dealing with geriatric patients. He is active in organized medicine on a state and national level having served as President of the Indiana Psychiatric Society, President of the Young Physician Section of the Indiana State Medical Association and has held national offices in the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association. Deborah Carpenter, MSN, APRN, BC is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatry. An Advanced Practice Nurse since 1981, Ms. Carpenter acquired a braod base of experience in crisis care, inpatient and partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings that informs her work today with children, adolescents and adults. For the past 10 years her major emphasis has been psychopharmacologic intervention with a special focus on bipolar and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD. In addition to clinical practice, Ms. Carpenter has served as adjunct faculty for the Indiana University School of Nursing, and provides community and professional education of psychiatric disorders and their treatment.
Jeff Child has been practicing psychotherapy for twenty-five years. He has a M.A. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from the Christian Theological Seminary (Indianapolis, IN). He is also licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, a marriage and family therapist, and a mental health counselor.
Jeff treats adults who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, stage of life problems, spiritual conflicts, and marital/relationship issues. Dr. Houghton is a native Texan who obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas at Southwestern at Dallas in 2003. From there, she completed a four-year residency program in psychiatry at Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. She worked in a community mental health clinic for one year following the completion of training. She has since begun her own private practice, after joining the Indiana Health Group. Dr. Houghton has several areas of interest in her practice that include: Major depression, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, and Adjustment disorders. She is unique in that she likes to form a partnership with patients to construct a treatment regimen, which empowers the patient and leads to greater treatment compliance and improvement in symptoms.
Beverly received degrees in psychology and marriage and family therapy from the University of Indianapolis and Butler University and did a two year post graduate study in sex therapy. She has worked as a therapist at St. Vincent Stress Center and Community Hospital's School Based Program and as a Behavioral Clinician at Plainfield Juvenile Correctional Facility where she also taught the Adolescent Sex Offender Program. Beverly has been on staff at three hospitals where she served as a crisis counselor. Beverly has great enthusiasm for her profession and looks forward to assisting those she serves.
Dr. Robert W. Jeffries obtained his Ph. D. in clinical psychology from Purdue University. Additionally, he is a member of both the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and the American Psychology Association. For thirty years he has specialized in cognitive therapy for the treatment of depression, anxiety, marital problems, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit disorder, panic disorders, grief, bipolar disorder, and stress management.
Richard H. Jones is a clinical psychologist who attended SUNY at Stony Brook and graduated with B.A. His postgraduate education includes a M.A. and Ph.D. from Emory University. Furthermore, Rich has 26 years of clinical experience including Child and Adolescent Outpatient and Day Therapy Services, Chief Psychologist for Adolescent Inpatient Services, and Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Psychology at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Mishra grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 1982 with a B.S. in Zoology. He subsequently completed medical school in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1986 and then left for residency training in Morgantown, West Virginia University. Dr. Mishra completed his adult psychiatry training in 1990 and then his child psychiatry training in 1992.
After working in a few mental health centers in West Virginia and a private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, he joined the Indiana Health Group in 1997. Dr. Mishra spends his mornings at the St. Vincent Stress Center treating adult impatient, and during the afternoon he spends his time treating children and adults at the Indiana Health Group.
Kim Moffett graduated from Indiana University in 1995 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Kim has been with Indiana Health Group since 2002 and works with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, couples, and families, using a variety of therapeutic modalities. Ann Morris M.S., PA-C obtained her B.A. in Zology from Olivet Nazarene University in 1985. She then worked in Forensics, in Tulsa, OK. She specifically worked in the field of Serology. During this career Ann received the Chief of Police award for her involvement in developing the Sexual Assault Nursing Examing program. In working closely with the Medical Director and Nusing staff of this program, this piqued her interest in getting a career in the medical field. Ann attended Lutheran College of Health Professions in Fort Wayne, IN from 1995-1997. She received her B.S. in Physician Assistant and was Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Pysician Assistants in 1997. She then was employed at Strength of Mind, psychiatric practice, in Claremore, OK from 9/1997 - 9/2007. Her supervising physician was Jeff McIlroy, MD, a Geriatric Board Certified Psychiatrist. As a Pyschian Assistant in psychiatry she practiced psychopharacology both in an outpatient and inpatient setting. She was a preceptor for several Oklahoma University Physician Assistant students. Ann received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant in 5/2005. Dr. Gary Nunnally is clinical socialworker and pastoral counselor with sixteen years of clinical experience. Gary graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in May, 1977. He graduated from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Divinity degree in August, 1980. He also graduated from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapoplis in May 1994 with a Doctor of Ministry (D.MIN) degree.
Dr. Nunnally is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), a certified alcohol and drug addictions counselor (CADAC I), a certified relapse prevention specialist in addictions (CRPS I), a certified clinical psychopathologist (CCP), has ecclestical endorsement as a Chaplain in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), has a certificate for clinical pastoral education for three basic and one advanced units of CPE from Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis and has been an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) since August, 1980. He has active standing in the Indiana region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
Dr. Nunnally is also a certified firefighter I and II, a certified emergency medical technician and the chaplain for the Zionsville Fire Department, in Zionsville, Indiana. In addition, Dr. Nunnally is trained in basic and advance critical incident stress management (CISM).

Amy Scheeringa graduated from Lutheran College of Health Professions (later Saint Francis School of Nursing) with an Associate’s degree in Nursing in 1990 and immediately began pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in nursing, graduating in 1992. Amy has been a Cardiac Telemetry nurse since 1990, achieving the highest level of clinical nursing available at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She then chose to pursue a Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing from Indiana University / Purdue University Indianapolis, graduating as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in 2008. During her Master’s program she was granted many honors and awards such as the Dotaline E. Allen Award, the Dart-Opie Award for Clinical Excellence in Psychiatric Health Nursing for the Care of the Mentally Ill, and the Academic Achievement Award. She is a member of the International Society of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana.
Amy has a special interest in helping families learn to understand and achieve a comfort level with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders and assisting with school interventions such as Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). She brings a unique approach to this through her experience of having a child with Asperger’s Syndrome and working with the Fort Wayne Community School system. Amy offers a comprehensive treatment design of therapy and coaching techniques, along with pharmacology, to treat the individual and the family together, bringing about understanding and acceptance within the home. Utilizing a bio-psycho-social-cultural model she practices to relate to the entire person and how they uniquely interact within their environment.

Camille Sexton-Villalta, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who has been with Indiana Health Group since 1997. Camille completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work (with a minor in Spanish) at Ball State University in 1982. She obtained her Master's degree in Counseling and Counselor Education in December of 1989 and her PhD in Counseling Psychology (with a minor in Sport Psychology) in October of 1995. Both of these degress were earned from Indiana University. Camille has provided services in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitalization, department of corrections, university counseling centers, community mental health center, and private practice. She also has previous experience in teaching/assistant teaching in various courses for the Indiana University (IU) and Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) Counseling and Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology programs.

Marlene received her Master's in Social Work from W.V. University in 1977. She has completed the Intensive Program from The Indianapolis Gestalt Institute as well as training in cogitive and brief therapy. She has worked at out-patient mental heath settings throughout her career and has been with Indiana Health Group since 1995.
Five years ago, Marlene began on-going training in EMDR from the EMDR Institute and has been incorporating this specialized therapy in her work since then. EMDR is highly effective in treating clients who have suffered from trauma. In addition to PTSD, Marlene's interests include grief and loss issues, relationship problems, including sexual and intimacy issues, and problems related to depression and anxiety. She treats people 18 years of age and older.

Carol Shoot, LCSW, attended Anderson College in Indiana and Oklahoma City University (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) for her undergraduates studies, graduating with a B.A.. Next, Carol attended Indiana University, Indianapolis Campus, where she received her Masters in Social Work (MSW). Carol is also extensively trained in administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tests (MBTI). Areas of specialty include marriage and family counseling and women and adolescent issues. Carol has been in outpatient solo practice since 1980.
Dr. Shoot graduated form Anderson College in 1969 with a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Shoot attended the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and Medical University of South Carolina where he received his M.D. and Diploma in Psychiatry, respectively. Dr. Shoot has almost thirty years of clinical experience including working at many psychiatric clinics and running his own private practice for fifteen years.
Greg Sipes, Ph. D., is a clinical psychologist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience. Senior partner of Indiana Health Group, Inc., a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice, he has also been involved with a number of not-for-profits agencies serving at risk kids in Indianapolis.
He sees adolescents sixteen years and older and adults. Primarily treating those suffering from anxiety and depression he also sees couples for marital therapy and has an interest in business consultation and leadership training. Dr. Ralph Waldo graduated from Indiana University, following which he received an M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics. In 1999 he obtained his Medical Degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Serving as Chief Resident during his final year of training, Dr. Waldo completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati. He became Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and practiced psychiatry in Fort Wayne, Indiana for four and a half years. There he incorporated molecular medicine and biochemistry into his practice. Dr. Waldo is a member of the Society for Advanced Clinical Psychopharmacology and has obtained a certificate to practice advanced clinical psychopharmacology. He speaks on a local and regional level for several pharmaceutical companies.
Dr. Waldo has a special interest in the biochemistry, physiology, and inflammatory responses that occur in the brain and body during disease processes and how these influence each other. He believes that addressing all of these are necessary, placing an emphasis on treating the body as a whole. By utilizing this approach, it allows his clients to be proactive and participate in the practice of preventative medicine.
