If you are not familiar with your benefits, we would strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company to verify your "mental health benefits" which usually differ from the benefits for your general medical coverage.

Many insurance companies require a call from the patient in order to open a case and/or begin pre-authorization for services prior to your initial appointment.

Please verify with your insurance company that the doctor or clinician with whom you are scheduled is an in-network provider. 

Due to growing problems with appointments that are scheduled but not kept, a $50 cash or credit card deposit is required to schedule your first appointment with a prescirber (psychiatrist, advanced practice nurse, physician assistant,  this deposit will be applied towards the cost of your first appointment).
